Residential home inspections are my only business. I am impartial and work only for you. My job is to provide you with a comprehensive, fair, independent, objective evaluation so that you can understand and take care of your valuable investment. Your interests are my interests before, during, and after the home inspection.

What To Expect...

With every home inspection you receive a comprehensive home inspection report, including photos of the property with arrows indicating areas of note and/or concern and a summary. The report also comes with a 300 page Homeowners Manual. This manual is backup material for your inspection report as well as a reference guide to your home.

All of my clients are offered free telephone consultation after the home inspection. I encourage you to accompany the home inspection, which will provide you an invaluable learning and discovery experience during which your questions can be answered on the spot and you will gain insight into maintenance and energy conservation tailored specifically to your home.
